If your full legal name is more than 16 characters, including spaces, we recommend shortening a part of your name. One possible solution may be to abbreviate your middle name down to just your middle initial.

If just your first and last name still exceed the recommended characters limit, that is fine. The artist will make adjustments for the whole name to fit proportionately.

Yes! People request their company name on our Black Card all the time. You can also request nicknames or phrases.

At this time, we are not offering custom sizes. This artwork is available in four sizes suitable for most spaces. Any larger or smaller, details within the design itself would be lost.

All orders received go through a standard processing time of 1-2 business days to prep your custom design.

The process for the diamond dust embellishment takes 1-2 weeks depending on the queue, but generally, orders arrive at the given address in 2-3 weeks.

This artwork is fully encrusted with Diamond Dust and Diamond Dust is crushed up glass. 

1. Dusting

We don't recommend dusting your artwork as it will cause some of the diamond dust to fall off. If you chose to dust your artwork do so very carefully with a fine soft bristol duster.

2. Never use chemicals

Never use chemical cleaning products or water to clean your artwork.

If your artwork needs a more thorough cleaning, it’s best to book an appointment with a specialist to avoid causing any damage which can be hard, or even impossible, to reverse.

3. Check for moisture

You should periodically check your artwork for signs of dampness. These signs – discoloration and distinctive brown marks (sometimes called foxing) – are most likely to appear on the back of artworks initially.

It’s a good idea to remove pieces from the wall a couple of times a year to check everything is still shipshape.

4. Hanging

Once your artwork is hung we suggest not moving it frequently and preventing your guests from touching it as both will cause pieces to fall off.
